5 Franklin Place

5 Franklin Place is a combination of three existing units within a new Tribeca luxury apartment building. M.Arch Architects was hired to design new function layouts between kitchen, dining, living, and rest spaces for a growing family. The combination of units included high end finishes and modern appliances throughout. Light and air was a design concern and the client goals were realized with a unique design that will serve the family for years to come.
