Landmark Buildings
M.Arch Architects approach to working on Landmark buildings begins with informing each client with our extensive knowledge of he NYC Landmark Preservation Commission rules and regulations. In project situations where our experience is limitted we refer to one of the many Landmark staff members. Knowing many Landmark staff personally our professional exchange is based on over 10 years exchanging ideas and presentations focussed on the highest aspirations of each project. We make the exchange of records and submissions of new applications a seamless process. Our presentation skills have been recognized by the commission with certificates of appropriateness at the staff level, community board level, and Landmarks Commissioner level.
Our services include Certificates of Appropriateness, community board presentation, Landmark Preservation Commision presentations, Certificates of No Effect, landmark designation reports, and Local Law 11 reports.
