Sour Mouse, Lower East Side New York

M.Arch Architects was hired to design and remake a lower side cellar space into a dynamic and spirited space of gaming and entertainment. Situated adjacent to Lowline this space is teaming with a creative and energitic community of artists and professionals. The project involved a new certificate of occupancy, public assembly, and new mechanical and plumbing systems. We are thankful to the client for continuing to work with us on new projects we feel will be as successful as this one has been through the 2020 covid pandemic. Sour Mouse rocks and is the very type of community that keeps New York alive and fresh.
