M.Arch Architects conducts design proposals for new buildings, additions, and feasibility studies. We offer the service of first analyzing a project conformance to NYC City Planning and Department of Buildings pre-Considerations, with floor area schedules accurate to the square foot as well as 3D conceptual designs and renderings. Post conceptual design we offer the service of reviewing our calculations and designs with regulatory officials to sign off off on design conformance. Our process calculates and confirms conformance to Green Zone Standards contributing to additional allowable floor area in a development project.
