March Chadwick AIA LEED AP, Principal
March is an awarding winning architect licensed in four states who holds a Masters of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a B.Arch from the University of Tennessee, and certificates from Paolo Soleri's Arconsanti Workshop, Boston Architectural Center, and New York University.
March has taught as an adjunct faculty member within the Civil Engineering department of Polytechnic Institute of New York University, NYU-Poly. M.Arch has taught at Cooper Union School for the Advancement of Arts and Science, New York City College of Technology, and contributed as guest studio critique within Pratt University and New York School of Interior Design.
March is a LEED AP architect, and member of the American Institute of Architects, Building Smart Alliance, Municipal Arts Society, Cooper Hewitt Design Museum, Queens Chamber of Commerce and numerous community groups.
March is the principal of an architectural firm that serves a range of residential, commercial, institutional, and commercial clients. Completed projects include small graceful interior design projects to large institutional projects that pulls on the firms strength leveraging technology, good communication and talent personnel.
March is motivated by good design and providing this to clients. Few things are as satisfying as customer placement inside a well designed space and when they understand good design is good business. The value of using smart technologies is to ultimately discover unique strategies for serving a particular client need within the time they need it. Gustavo Marval, Project Manager
Gustavo is a graduate of University of Santa Maria Caracas, Venezuela Civil Engineering. Gustavo is a talented and enthusiastic project manager with skills as an architect with the discipline of a trained civil engineer. Gustavo is owner of a successful construction and design business in partnership with his father Gustavo Marval Senior.
Gustavo is an adept business manager capable of managing crews of designers, labors, regulators, and construction teams. Gustavo is a disciplined business organizer with a sensitivity to good design.
Gustavo is an asset to M.Arch Architects because of his ability to think outside the box as an entrepreneur, his intense hungry to learn, his enjoyment of managing design staff, and his ability to communicate complicated technical and construction detailing and scheduling information to construction teams and clients in a clear concise and easily understood manner.
Gustavo is fluent in English and Spanish and holds weekly training sessions with M.Arch Architects staff with international team members and clients.
Alexander Alman, Project Architect
A graduate of Pratt University and is a dedicated architect in training. Alex is skilled in all phases of design, and construction. Alexander is a resident of New Jersey and participates throughout the year on various projects. Alex is fluent in Russian and has worked extensively with software design tools of all types. Alex has been working with M.Arch Architects since May 2009.
Alex is a BiM expert and talented web designer. Alex excels in talent to listen and rapidly condense a customers laundry list of desires to a concise, rational and beautiful design solution.
Miguel Angel Soler Ruiz, Project Architect
Miguel is a registered architect in Spain and a graduate of Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, and Universidad Alfonso X El Sabia de Madrid, Spain. Miguel holds a Master of Science in Architecture as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He was awarded 1st prize in the Trabit contest for Civil Engineers, and a finalist in the BASF Construction Chemicals contest for the hydraulic retraction of concrete. Miguel has worked for the town planning department in Valencia Spain, Architect Navarro Baldeweg Associates, Dragados Construction, Rover Alcisa, and the Ballester Group.
Brian Winters, Consultant Architect, Real Estate Adviser
With more than 20 years of experience in design specializing in real estate, financial services, hospitality and high rise design. Bryan served as an NYC DOB Deputy Borough Commissioner for almost 5 years, and has worked in the private sector on projects around the world. His project experience encompasses various facility types, including educational, high-rise, hotel, and residential building projects, as well as hotels, public spaces, airports, museums, and historic sites. Bryan is holds a MBA from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Bryan is an expert in advising clients in optimizing projects as it relates to architecture, and project schedule and budget. Bryan is an expert in NYC building code and zoning, and has served as both an expert witness and adviser to the court on emergency and construction issues. Licensed in New York and Maryland, he is a highly respected professional and an asset to any project.
Susan Nelly, Marketing Coordinator
Susan is a New Yorker by birth, educated at Pine Manor College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Susan has performed interior design services, and placed 19th and 20th century art, American paintings, modern, and contemporary for leading collectors, and business executives throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. Susan is currently working on her real estate salesperson license performing services as a licensed real estate broker under her family's company. Susan’s extensive knowledge and experience organizing exhibitions, art fairs, executing interior design, marketing abilities, and real estate knowledge makes her a valuable team member.
Noara Rabelo, Junior Architect
Noara is a Brazilian architect student and has been training with M.Arch Architects as an intern. Noara is extremely ambitious to learn, hardworking, has an approach to creative design and tenacious attention to detail and quality of projects. Also, she has a strong technical knowledge, verbal communication and software skills. Noara has experience in architecture offices in Brazil, and holds a certificate of International Urban Design Course for International Network for Settlement Design in London (INSD) and is an UN volunteer in architectural design projects.
