March Chadwick, Architect, LEED AP, President
March is an awarding winning architect licensed in four states who holds a Masters of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a B.Arch from the University of Tennessee, and certificates from Paolo Soleri's Arconsanti Workshop, Boston Architectural Center, member of MIT Entrepreneur's club, and New York University.
March has taught as an adjunct faculty member within the Civil Engineering department of Polytechnic Institute of New York University, NYU-Poly. M.Arch has taught at Cooper Union School for the Advancement of Arts and Science, New York City College of Technology, and contributed as guest studio critique within Pratt University and New York School of Interior Design.
March is the CEO and founder of Zoner, an internet company that performs zoning and feasibility studies. The Zoner team is part of the New York City real estate business

March is a LEED AP architect, and member of the American Institute of Architects, Building Smart Alliance, Municipal Arts Society, Cooper Hewitt Design Museum, Queens Chamber of Commerce and numerous community groups.Gustavo Marval
Gustavo is a graduate of University of Santa Maria Caracas, Venezuela Civil Engineering. Gustavo is a talented and enthusiastic project manager with skills as an architect with the discipline of a trained civil engineer. Gustavo is owner of a successful construction and design business in partnership with his father Gustavo Marval Senior.
Gustavo is an adept business manager capable of managing crews of designers, labors, regulators, and construction teams. Gustavo is a disciplined business organizer with a sensitivity to good design.
Gustavo is an asset to M.Arch Architects because of his ability to think outside the box as an entrepreneur, his intense hungry to learn, his enjoyment of managing design staff, and his ability to communicate complicated technical and construction detailing and scheduling information to construction teams and clients in a clear concise and easily understood manner.
Gustavo is fluent in English and Spanish and holds weekly training sessions with M.Arch Architects staff with international team members and clients.
Florent Biais
Florent Biais is a French architect with over 10 years of experience. He has led numerous architectural, urban, and creative works, from design to completion, in the US, China, and France. He has collaborated with some of the most prestigious design and architectural firms in Paris and New York.
Florent's previous experience includes work for Spacesmith LLC, in charge from SD to CA for the interior design and completion of the new Hermès store, in Highland Park Village, Dallas, TX. At WORKac Florent performed architecture services on the design of the new Assembly Hall in Libreville, Gabon, for the 2014 Summit of the African Union. Project that WORK Architecture Company has won in September 2012 after an international competition.
In France Florent was a team leader on many projects, for A/NM/A, one of the 10 most influential architectural firms in France, a leader in environmental approach, currently building the French Ministry of Defense, known as the “French Pentagon”. He also worked with PETRACCONE & VODAR working on luxury apartment and office Designer, Project Architect on high-rise tower refurbishment in La
Défense.
Florent is a graduate of ARTS AND INDUSTRIES UNIVERSITY OF STRASBOURG degree in architecture following a superior degree in mathematics and English.
Anthony Quivers
Anthony holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) from California College of the Arts. Anthony's undergraduate studies was a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition Anthony holds a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Anthony serves the M.Arch team in many aspects of data management associated with BiM technology, project feasibility customer service, and construction document production.
Athony's prior working experience at Pathrule Infographics including development of user interface for political site. Created visuals and user flows as well as user strategy and development planning. Implemented early versions in reactJS. Devised a matrix based recommendation engine for users.
At Group 4 Architecture and Research Anthony conducted outreach, research, and client interfacing tasks for public works contracts in Santa Clara County. Responsible for needs assessment analysis. Produced sketches and illustrations for proposed solutions.
Anthony has assisted in the production of a reactive architectonic sculpture. Responsibilities included preparing all 80 panels of the construction. Developed script in grasshopper that subdivided a 3D model into components that were machinable by CNC mill. The construction was finished in heat sentitive paint and was on display at the 2013 San Francisco Makerfaire.
Other experience includes Lockheed Martin Space Systems systems engineer Sunnyvale, CA where he worked with the space vehicle development team for the TSAT flight program. Used the DOORS document management tool to update and reference program related requirements and specifications. Serviced specification repository through 2 full revision cycles during the TSAT bidding process.
Francesca Marengo
Francesca holds a Master Degree of Architecture construction and city from University Polytecnic of Turin. She is a licenced Architect in Italy who has worked as an intern in the office of arch. Paolo Mensa, Via Principi d'Acaja 40/ H, Turin.
Francesca is experienced Autocad, Revit, Suite Adobe: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Sketchup, Vray.
Noara Rabelo
Noara is a Brazilian architect student and has been training with M.Arch Architects as an intern. Noara is extremely ambitious to learn, hardworking, has an approach to creative design and tenacious attention to detail and quality of projects. Also, she has a strong technical knowledge, verbal communication and software skills. Noara has experience in architecture offices in Brazil, and holds a certificate of International Urban Design Course for International Network for Settlement Design in London (INSD) and is an UN volunteer in architectural design projects.
Bryan Winter, Consulting Architect
Bryan consults the M.Arch team on several projects from high level feasibilty to building code and legal issues.
Bryan's experioence includes service as NYC DOB Deputy Borough Commissioner for 5 years in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens boroughs. Bryan's work with all building code, fire department, and construction safety is a valuable quality assurance part of our team.
Bryan has worked in the private sector on projects around the world. His project experience encompasses various facility types, including educational, high-rise, hotel, and residential building projects, as well as hotels, public spaces, airports, museums, and historic sites. Bryan is holds a MBA from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Bryan is an expert in advising clients in optimizing projects as it relates to architecture, and project schedule and budget. Bryan is an expert in NYC building code and zoning, and has served as both an expert witness and adviser to the court on emergency and construction issues. Licensed in New York and Maryland, he is a highly respected professional and an asset to any project.
