M.Arch Architects secures community board approval for new hotel on the Bowery

Community Board 3 Manhattan met in a 4 hour hearing on a stormy Monday, October 7th, 2019 evening. As the rain poured down outside St. Anthony’s Church on Sullivan Street in west Soho, community board member fears of millennial digital nomad hoteliers subsided during a thoughtful and well composed presentation that included legal, experience, and architectural teams.
