Hotel Americano, Chelsea New York

M.Arch Architects was hired to design and rebrand a former Chelsea hotel originally designed by Ten Arquitectos, Enrique Norten. Preserving the original ideas for material beauty and light the building has been transformed into a successful modernization of new hotel rooms and new public spaces changing the building certificate of occupancy and updating the interior design. The hotel re-opened early 2020 with great artistic celebration amongst the Chelsea New York gliteratie.
