COVID Hospitality Financing and Architecture
M.Arch Architects has excecuted designs for several NYC Hotels pre-covid19 world pandemic, post covid19 our service to hospitality industry requires more strategic planning. Together our team provides planning strategies securing operational financing as well as infrastructure improvements for the hospitality industry.
CPACE (Commercial Property Assessment Clean Energy) is new to New York that are non recourse state re-assessment loans we are using to finance architectural upgrades to the hospitality industry.
