COVID Hospitality Financing and Architecture

M.Arch Architects has excecuted designs for several NYC Hotels pre-covid19 world pandemic, post covid19 our service to hospitality industry requires more strategic planning. The Wall Street Journal article "Hotels find little mortgage relief" by Konrad Putzier is a good example of the challenges that face the hospitality industry today.

M.Arch Architect's answer to the challenges presented by Konrad Putzier's article has been to form a team of architects and designers working closely with real estate and mortgage brokers. Together our team provides planning strategies securing operational financing as well as infrastructure improvements for the hospitality industry.
