Benenson Capital Partners, one of New York's leading real estate capital investment companies and art benefactors retained M.Arch Architects to design the 28 and 29th floors of the companies flag ship executive offices. The project centering around a total re-design of aging cooling systems, and drop ceilings left over from the 1970s. The confining 1930 art deco building envelope presented challenges of providing light and air to perimerter offices and interior staff seating. M.Arch Architects overcame these challenges with creative design, an ingenitive team, coordinated using Building Information Models.
