*Landmark Townhouse Harlem *

M.Arch Architects was contracted by the owner of a Convent Avenue historic landmark home fallen into disrepair by the use and neglect of former occupants renting. The project included changing the building use from a seven family home to a three family home. This work included extensive restoration to the buildings historic exterior, restoration of entry, basement, stairways, fire places, rear yard garden, and front stoop. The project included new system designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing throughout the building. M.Arch Architects attended site inspections and conducted sign offs for all permit applications for the buildings new certificate of occupancy.
