M.Arch Architects was hired to design a home addition to an existing home that morphed into a complete rebuild. M.Arch Architects takes pleasure in teaming with builders to achieve the maximum potential for any project. In this particular project the collaboration went extremely well achieving a win win for everyone involved. This carefully selected site in Southampton Village required approvals from the Architectural Review Board and the Southampton Village building department. Care and attention to detail has be given to the site plan and the landscaping that involved an outdoor recreation pool, pool house, and two car garage. The collaboration between architect and builder could not have been better.
