MTA Approvals

An MTA approval is required by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) when a property is marked "MTA restricted". MTA juridiction applies when a construction is within 200 feet of a transit line or other railway right-of-way located on the first floor and/or below. Therefore, the MTA should give his approval in order to complete DOB application.

M.Arch Architects provides construction site observations, inspections and sign offs. But also all architectural documents and permitting forms necessary to complete DOB applications for the MTA approval.
