Rafaela is a talented designer and expert in CAD systems. Rafaela has several years of experience in Brazil and New York architecture firms. Rafaela is responsible for the award of the New York Brazilian Consulate and skilled in managing design and construction budgets and maintaining adept communicator. At M.Arch Architects Rafaela has surveyed and managed 17 susbstations for the upgrades to carbon detection and fire alarm systems. This work included extensive site surveys, investigations, and drafting of massive facilities within strict engineering budgets and deadlines. Rafaela has contributed to the design and construction of 3 East 10th Street townhouse, 645 St. Nicholas Avenue Herb Alpert Harlem School of the Arts, Leman Preparatory School certificate of occupancy, design and construction of 3 NYC hotels, numerous special inspections including 432 Park Avenue and midtown office buildings.
