WTC Oculus Performance space

M.Arch Architects was contacted by the lease holder of the WTC Oculus space for a new concept for hosting live venues. Our team made extensive research of the space, consulted with various agencies. We eventually conceived a practical and elegant solution celebrating the beauty of the Oculus as well as respecting space for performaning artists, passing terminal concourse commuting public, and passing tourist on the upper ground levels.
