2016 is the 100 year anniversary of NYC Zoning and the relaunch of Zoner.
The Zoner team acknowledges this important moment in time in a speaking event adjacent to the first location of the American Institute of Architects, as well as the Equitable building consturcted in 1913 whose large size evoked strong civic response organized into a building size restriction code called the New York City Zoning Resolution.
