Bowery Hotel Lobby, reception, and lounge
Located in lower Manhattan within the Little Italy district the lower Bowery; historically known as the kitchen supply house and lighting supply for New York City. After thoughtful research our team working with creative hotel designers arranged a unique kitchen design that has carried over into a larger idea of actually farming produce onsite with hydroponics and LED lighting. This concept works well with the New York City zoning resolution allowing building bonuses benefitting the land owner, hotel, local universities, restaurant and community.
