437 Greene Avenue is a complete renovation and restoration to the glorious graduer that is Crown Heights. Located sqaurely in the center of this Brooklyn neighborhood renaissance between Bedford and Nostrand Avenue in a neighborhood that is fast becoming Brooklyn location of choice for new growing families and sucessful entrepreneurs. Noticable on the faces of passing neighbors is pride of this block centered townhouse with a familiar but refreshing clean restored front stoop, building facade, and garden. Changing use from a multi-family to a single family the interior and rear garden are charming spaces of quiet reserve. Above the garden floor that opens to a rear yard are free flowing organization of spaces between dining, and kitchen with natural light emanating from the front and rear. Located on the corner of Cheever Place and Kane Street in the heart of historic Caroll Gardens this building is positioned immediately adjacent to another three family house sharing the same tax lot. The work dividing lots and completing restoration of the interior required light and air easements according to the zoning laws of New York City. During construciton the owner deemed it more valuable to underpin the building and achieve maximum usable space. Natural light is prominent throughout the luxurious lofty spaces of this restored home. Construction and occupancy were completed fall 2015.

During construciton the owner deemed it more valuable to underpin the building and achieve maximum usable space. Construction and occupancy were completed mid-summer 2015.
1199 Bergen Street, Brooklyn
Design, coordination and implementation of the BIM model for a townhouse remodeling in Brooklyn. In order to enhance this residence, we redesigned the interior partitions of the building, proposed an extension on the 2nd floor and an accessible roof area. Our design achieved significant improvement to the original house and increased its commercial value. Our team of Architects coordinate the BIM model, generating construction drawings to facilitate and expedite the construction process.
Soho Lofts
M. Arch Architects was hired to design this 22,500 sf building in the historic cast iron manufacturing neighboor of SoHo. Located at the corner between Broome Street and Thompson Street, the building comes from the combination of 3 different lots.
This mixed-use project presents a trapezoidal shape in order to provide a cozy and sheltered entrance on Thompson Street, keeping it separated from the busy and noisy Broome Street and decorating the outdoor space with a garden.
Stanhope Street
M.Arch Architects was hired to perform a feasibility study for one of Brooklyn's most popular districts. Home to young entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals, Stanhope Street is a thriving and energetic community.
M.Arch Architects provided schematic designs for the new building on 316 Stanhope Street saving construction costs by keeping parking above grade and matching the community proportions with a unique design that stands out.
Romano Residence
New York
M.Arch Architects was hired to renovate the 5th, 6th and rooftop storys of an apartment building on the upper west side. M.Arch Architects was able to settle a significant number of rooftop permitting challenges regarding the safety and ease of fireman access to all parts of the rooftop design.
57 Reade Street
M.Arch Architects were hired to design this luxurious, 1200 sf apartment situated in Tribeca by combining two existing unit spaces into one. The apartment boasts high end fixtures and a generous view of Broadway, while also allowing penetration of light from the rear extension of the apartment into the private spaces. M.Arch Architects provided services throughout the design, construction, and permitting processes and performed progress inspections during construction of the space.
Godel Home
Mount Kisco, NY
One of New York's most prominent dealers of Originally constructed in prior to the American Civil war the home has traveled through time with relatively few major modifications expecting for a garage addition and electrical upgrades for modern appliances. Keeping in the American tradition our work involved transforming an under used portion of the home into a warm comfortable family room interior reflective of the American prairie style with landscape views as well as wall space for paintings.
Field Roof Renovation
New York
M.Arch Architects was hired to design and approve a 3000 square foot rooftop with two pergolas on top of an Upper East Side co-op building on East End Avenue. This project also included presentations to the community board of the upper east side whose project neighboring citizens were concerned about the structural stability of the roof top gazebos that were designed. M.Arch Architects was successful in communicating the safety of the design.
Patricia King Loft Apartment Design
New York
This project is act three in kitchens she has built within former homes in the West Village and up state New York. Center to Pat's West Village return to a new home as well as each of her former kitchens is the well known manufacture of specialized industrial open flame stove burners made for home use by the brand Viking Kitchens. Full mechanical, ventilation, and sprinkler systems integration was performed but most interesting is another first installation of Saint Charles Cabinets after being acquired by Viking Kitchens.
West 70th Street Landmark Renovation
New York
M.Arch Architects was hired to renovate two floors designing an interior communicating stair between the first and second floors. Our design included new building systems design, new kitchens, bathrooms, and interior finishings. The major challenge was overcome convincing the owner his goals were achievable with our design for a communicating stair presented in 3D sections plans and elevations. The complete design was later delivered with 3d renderings depicting material chices and special layouts.
Harlem Landmark Townhouse
Harlem,NY
M.Arch Architects was contracted by the owner of a Convent Avenue historic landmark home fallen into disrepair by the use and neglect of former occupants renting. The project included changing the building use from a seven family home to a three family home. This work included extensive restoration to the buildings historic exterior, restoration of entry, basement, stairways, fire places, rear yard garden, and front stoop. The project included new system designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing throughout the building.
515 Park Avenue

515 Park Avenue features base building French limestone typical of post war Park Avenue elegance, intricately designed marble inlaid doorman manned lobby, spacious interiors with upper floor duplex units that are fully equipped with Poggen Pohl, Viking, Sub Zero appliances at the time of construction in 1999. M.Arch Architects principal March Chadwick was a significant part of the design and construction process of this 42 Storey residential tower on Park Avenue.
8 and 10 Warren Street
New York, New York
Designed by M.Arch Architects, consulting with Linea LLP, the building features 2500sf floor plates for the lower 5 storyes and 3500sf for the upper 5 storyes. Originally a 5-story brick and Tuckahoe marble building the extensive renovations included 9 penetrating structural steel columns, beams, concrete and metal decking supporting an extended 5-story addition to historic Tribeca loft building. Renovations required high level of construction coordination as all work was done above a ground level retail store.
Highland Home
New York
Highland Home is a single family home positioned on 12 acres of stone and wood covered cliffs overlooking the Hudson River. The Highland Home incorporated several environmental design features including passive solar and alternative energy systems to maintain year round comfort. The ground floor parking garage divided an indoor swimming pool grotto at the base of a large stone that anchors one side of the home. Entry to second floor is through the studio with fireplace.

66 Reade Street is a 6 story Tribeca Townhouse gut rehabilitation and restoration. M.Arch Architects knowledge and skill building high quality building information models served the permitting and construction processes in a fluid exchange between management and labor executing the work in the field. The project calls for a building expansion as well as a complete facade restoration.

M.Arch Architects designed 146 beach front luxury high rise residences on Destin Florida's Santa Rosa Island. This resort complex is comprised of 6 mid-rise concrete slab buildings, parking, and clubhouse surrounding two 10,000sf cascading swimming pools. Intensive structural, mechanical, and landscape design coordinated by M.Arch Architects and consultants Linea LLP.
Palm Island Emerald Palace Hotel and Condominiums

M.Arch Architects principal March Chadwick consulted with Perkins Eastman architects on the design and planning of 700 condominium apartments, and a 1500 hotel room called the Emerald Palace planned for the Dubai Palm Islands in the Arab Emirates.
